Carmen Adams and Nancy Witt
Carmen Adams was born and raised in Boone County. She has owned and managed property for her family, corporate accounts in New York City and investment groups in Columbia. She has been a successful realtor-first with Gaslight Properties GMAC and currently with RE/MAX Boone Realty.
Nancy Smarr-Witt was also born and raised in Boone County. Like Carmen, her family is in the construction and property management field. Both were raised working within those companies and learning the values and expectations of proven success. Furthermore, Nancy developed a tenant and employment screening process for her company-Verifact, Inc. Her processes are unmatched by her competitors and an asset to Adams & Witt Property Professionals, LLC. She too has extensive experience with property management.
