Adams & Witt Property Professionals, LLC finds extreme value in proper maintenance of their properties.  We employ a supervisor to verify all tenant reports and complaints.  Our supervisor then contracts the most respected services providers available to correct the problem.  We understand that routine maintenance is the responsibility of the owner and strive to keep these expenses to a minimum.  This should not allude to a “cheap fix”.  We investigate to qualify that complaints are genuine.  Our expectation is to maintain preventative maintenance and reduce increased future expense.

Exceptional, Detailed and Accurate Accounting:

Each month you will receive an itemized report of your income and expenses.  Our records are open to your review upon reasonable request.  Proceeds will be dispersed by the 20th of each month.  Accounting will be stored and easily accessible for a three year period of time.
